Hampton Inn & Suites Plymouth

Location

The bathroom was in need of many repairs. The toilet wouldn?t flush properly and the shower was leaky and difficult to use.

Pool and hot tub. Breakfast offerings were great.

Beds were a bit lumpy. Bathtub .?hard to work shower lever due to age.

Location was key

I felt that the room could have been cleaner and that the refrigerator didn?t work well the heating system was horrible too cold couldn?t adjust

The staff was wonderful..kind and nice.

There was more hair in the shower than I have on my head! No towels in the pool area and despite the sign on the hot tub "no one under 16" it was FULL of young kids!

The Hotel was very clean, the hot breakfast was delicious and they allowed me to bring my fur baby for a few.

The staff was excellent. Very accommodating when they could be since I messed up my reservation. Free parking, free internet, free breakfast were all great. Lack of food for breakfast due to strike was outside their control.

The TV's could be updated in the rooms.

The room was freezing. I call the front desk to report this on Saturday and the fellow came to my room, looked around and pulled a blanket out of the closet. That somehow was supposed to make the room less cold. After complaining again on Sunday one of

Not really there were two weddings so nighttime got a little noisy but it¿s not the hotels fault and it didn¿t last long

Booked because of the pool and hot breakfast advertised. The pool was not usable (who shocks and does pool maintenance on a holiday weekend???!?) and there was no hot breakfast. Grab and go items which was dismal by the time we got there. Box of applejacs

From the pictures it looked like the room had more of an open layout. The large desk in the center of the room really made it feel smaller.

No hot in the sink - the room heater sounded very loud and would over heat the room at 2 am. Shower water handle would not stay adjusted - the room was a piece of crap.
