Hotel 1620 At Plymouth Harbor

Friendly staff, sufficient parking and location of hotel.

Lower level Room 122 had a strong chemical smell. The comforter had stains. The light bulb was not working. The room was dark with all the lights on.

room smelled very musty, good amount of dust on surfaces. typical of 3 star hotel. lobby and hallways are very clean.

The front desk was exceptional. We had an issue with a neighboring room with an unattended animal that was barking for hours. Once we brought it to the front desk attention, they took care of it quickly and even moved us to a different area of the hotel.

Some staff were rude and not helpful. Rooms are not updated and the sink, tub would not drain.

Nothing they gave me a inferior room after I paid extra for a pool view room with balcony and I was told that you guys are taking advantage of people by doing this when you can not sell this tipe of room

They were all nice and had activities for the kids

They kept charging me extra on my card . Hopefully it's fixed now, we shall see. Two attempts so far. But besides that things went well and kids had fun.

Perfect location to restaurants and attractions. Enjoyed the indoor splash pad with our grandson. He LOVED it ! Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again !

No iron. Called front desk 4 times. No answer. Shampoo and conditioner in shower were empty. There were dirty hand print on the headboard.

Jacuzzi was barely warmer than the pool and the woman at the front desk was not super helpful. No large towels in the bathroom of our hotel room. The air condition was very loud and turned on and off sporadically. Also an additional $25 for parking/pool?!

Broken sliding glass door and wall beside it. Unpainted patio fence. We couldn¿t get to the pool from our room- it was just steps away! But no gate. So we didn¿t go in. Pool water too cold - should be 88 degrees No Netflix

Pool water was much colder than I expected. Beds were not that comfortable & pillows were flat.

Great Location! Friendly Staff both at check-in and check-out. We didn¿t utilize the pool but it looked ok. I believe a small splash area for kids is opening up in the Spring. We didn¿t bring our dog but saw many staying at the hotel.

Room lighting was horrible, they use led lights in lamps so room was dark. We stayed in room 232 and the shower surround flooring tilts down towards the drain and was very slippery, shower head not meant for tall people. Beds were cheap & not comfortable.

bottom floor smells like mold & mildew. Bathtub had streams of dirt under soap dish. Dirt in corners of bathroom floor. I was charged $27.92 for amenities(parking, Wifi etc). I was never told this when I made the reservation. no breakfast buffet

had a room w/ a balcony overlooking the pool, room smelled of chlorine and was very warm. onsite bar and restaurant were not open.

Rm. 234: Hair dryer did not work. Bath towels had dirty marks on them.

It was up beautifully updated, very clean, quiet and located at a perfect location within walking distance to the harbor and a lot of great shops and restaurants.

The price was quite high because we went on a Saturday night during the summer.
