Holiday Inn Express and Suites Norwood Boston Area by IHG

I really like a lot of things about this Hotel.. Melissa at the front desk is very nice and professional.. the beds are so comfortable and the room had new carpeting and was cleaned nicely everyday.. I don¿t eat the breakfast but it looked great..

It was a good location off the road so it was quiet

The staff wasn't around and seemed frustrated when I needed assistance. The shower didn't have warm water and the tub had several body hairs in it. It wasn't very clean

We got a room with a very strong smoke smell, although the hotel pretends to be smoke free. This made our stay in the room untenable, so we left the hotel next day prematurely even though we booked two nights there. The worst holiday inn experienc

Its just an average hotel nothing special about it¿ i stay at this hotel for the location.. I usually stay at this hotel about 6 times a year or more.. each time I come there it goes down hill torn window shades furniture falling apart..

I¿ve been staying at this hotel almost every other month for the past couple of year and it has been declining.. this stay the bathroom had blood on the wall and my last stay in may and this stay the window shades are all torn up¿

Very clean room, convenient location, and the breakfast was above-average for similar hotels. The staff were all very friendly! Definitely would stay here again!!

room size was nice

room was not available at checkin. 1st clerk told me it would be approx. 20min. so we waited in our vehicle. I went back the 2nd clerk told me it would be another 30min,but took my number and told me she would call-she didn't. 1hour later it was ready.

The breakfast was nice , fresh and nice variety.

Our room was not cleaned over the 2 nights we had slept there. We emptied our trash and had to use our damp towels from the morning shower in the the evening .

Eggs and sausage provided for breakfast.

Pool was not working when we arrived. Filter broke but the website said it would be closed indefinitely. The pool windows were covered over which makes me think they do not have plans to fix it anytime soon. I would NOT stay here again without a pool.

I stay at this hotel often¿ but this stay i ws very dissatisfied¿ The room was in bad shape the furniture was falling apart.. and broken.. the lamp shade was on the floor all broken.. the window shade was torn up and wouldn¿t open .. very disappoint

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It made a perfect place for our short term stay.

The breakfast was not the best, but grateful to have had a free meal each morning and the infamous pancake machine was not working so we did not get to experience it.

Pool was closed indefinitely TV ¿¿ service poor. Basically no TV for 3 nights

I don¿t like the maid service.. they clean the room but everyday they forget to leave towels and soap¿ very annoying!!

The thermostat would only kick the heat on when the room temperature had dropped way below where it was set to. I felt either too hot, or - more often than not - way too cold. Also, a guest across from me had a dog barking half of the first night.

The breakfast was ok.

I really like this hotel.. the rooms are pretty basic but clean and there rooms aren¿t that old.. the staff is very nice and professional.. I travel to Norwood every other month and this has been my go to hotel for about 2 years now..

Spacious room with updates! The lobby/bf area always smelled nice and looked clean! The breakfast buffet was excellent with delicious muffins, eggs, meats, oatmeal, cereals, etc .- something for everyone! Coffee and hot cocoa avail 24 hours!

Thinner walls that you can sometimes hear other guests and doors shutting. More great features that outweigh that so I definitely would stay here again!
