Four Points by Sheraton Norwood

The hotel is clean and quiet.

The view from the room was a large expanse of the HVAC system on the roof. We kept the blinds closed.

The room was extremely small.. the bathroom sink came up to my knees.. it was very low to the floor.. the bed was uncomfortable.. overall I didn¿t care for this place..

Housekeeping did not come to clean my room my entire trip of 4 days

I found the Four Points Sheraton Norwood to be clean and the bed very comfortable. The front desk person extremely polite and in the morning I stopped downstairs for a cup of coffee just as the restaurant was closing, yet was greeted with a smile.

Room is stylish, comfortable, and spotless, especially love a walk in shower. Staff is very friendly, and restaurant is nice and has great staff and very accommodating hours. Pool/workout area is fantastic.

It's clean and very nice. Food is good. Customer service is good.

No room service. But they have all you need in the building.

Resort fee excessive. No cable tv. In process of changing companies. What do you do for 6 hrs in room with few tv channels. I should have stayed home.

The service was wonderful, and the staff was quite helpful/friendly.

One of the two elevators was malfunctioning. Not good when dealing with Covid19.

The food was AMAZING, but the staff was very rude and passive aggressive the whole time. We felt very rushed eating.

The restaurant and hotel staff was very passive aggressive, and we tried so hard to overlook that. There were also rules that didn¿t make sense like, the staff couldn¿t give us water bottles from the cooler right next to them, we HAD to order room service

I really didn¿t like this hotel. The staff was rude and I don¿t think I¿ll stay here again.. I¿ve stayed at this hotel about a dozen time over the years.. and this I think was my last¿

I didn¿t like that I came back to my room after the 1st night and my room wasn¿t clean. I called the front desk and they said they don¿t clean rooms due to COVID.. I can understand that ¿ but I feel they should inform you at check in..

Great location for me. Good restaurant. Very clean. Very helpful staff.

I love everything from the rooms with the balcony, to their two amazing restaurants and let’s not forget about the gorgeous pool. The drinks are really good and the staff are very pleasant.

Waking up to construction in the morning

absolutely hands down the best in norwood and surrounding areas...always clean and quiet with courteous staff and a delicious buffet in the morning. the pool area is downright beautiful.

Very classy and quiet. Beautiful swimming area that's never crowded and good food
