Needs a remodel, new mattresses

The walls on 601 were very thin. I could hear the people.talking all night in 603

The staff couldn’t help with anything. They mostly speak Spanish, they were rude when I asked for help.

Clean and modern room.

Carpet in the elevators needed cleaning or replacing.

The location was good.Breakfast was fine and it was very clean.

Room was a little small, it did not have its own microwave. And the shower doors would not stay closed.

Line of 10 people checking in. Smells from cleaning liquid No shower flow. Everything you would expect from a low rated hotel. But bearable.

Too far from major universities

Air conditioning did not work in our area. Temp was 83. We paid a lot of money for no AC

Breakfast was good and enjoyed the 24 hr coffee.

Not the hotel's fault but had to make many u-turns on the road that the hotel is on.

Clean, quiet, easy to find. We would stay there again.

My husband and I absolutely love our stays in this Hampton Inn- Boston/Norwood. Our expectations are always met because of the staff and the overall stays. We love it here so much we book it every other week due to our business in Boston.

Convenient location. Free Parking. Restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful.

Our room did not get cleaned. The HVAC was very loud. It took a good 5 minutes of running the water before it got warm/hot.

It was clean and nice

It says it is 25 minutes to town center but traffic is heavy and took us 45 to an hour to get to freedom trail

Room was stifling, warm when we arrived, max cool set to 65. Only 1 trash bin, no shampoo, room was loud .. could clearly hear conversations next door - all hours, housekeeping slamming the laundry bin @ 9am daily Access coming from the 95 poor.

The sheet didn't fit the bed properly. Front desk staff wasn't overly friendly. There was no pool. All hotels, including this one, NEED to start putting groups together on one floor. There were a couple of hockey teams there, loud in hallway until 1am!

It was 20 min from Gillette Breakfast

Bathroom 1st floor. 3 soap dispensers empty (no soap) No hairdryer Carpets scruffy. Brown, dull color. Hotel needs brightening and a facelift. Dog barking constantly in next room, left alone. Floor and wing for dogs.

Cleanliness bad. Rooms warn down.

I didn¿t like anything my bed had bloods stains on the mattress.. I asked for a room change and nothing was done.. no complimentary stay or anything.. how do you have a bloody mattres and rent it out

My mattress had blood stains on it and I told the clerk at the desk and nothing was done.. I ended up sleeping on the lil love seat in the room
