Bath tub needs more attention of cleaning special around the edges (inside), calcium buildup

Room setup and location

The shower head flow like needles and We dont like walk in shower with no floor separation from rest of bathroom, water goes onto walkway

Breakfast Staff was nice, but hot breakfast was finished early. Fruits were gone by 9am.

Finding this hotel was a-nightmar. I was about to give up. You can hear other rooms TVs, people talking. The bed sheets had hair and dried blood. The front desk told me they had no staff to change the sheets. I did it myself. $--- a night? NEVER AGAIN!

Location. Close to any needed amenities. The coffee was delicious, the staff was the Best!

Good location.Clean,fresh atmosphere. Room layout is excellent. Breakfast had great choices and selections. Made full use of the gym but swimming pool was out of order.

The fan was too loud! Can't sleep! Kitchenette was nice but the microwave and coffe maker did not work. Was told by staff they'll look into it in the morning. Right - after we checked out. Swimming pool was "out of order".

I only booked this Hotel because my kids wanted to use the pool , the pool is closed because they can not find a life guard. If they know the pool is not available they should tell customers before they book the hotel

Pool not open, bathroom fan not working

Breakfast was great and fresh. The suites are usually nice and clean.

Staff in the front desk were not accommodating and unsympathetic to cleanliness issues in double bed rooms. There was huge vomit/blood stains on the mattress cover and I found a live cockroach in the cabinet.

Location was great.

Wrong room. The room was not stocked properly the shower had no water pressure and had the water went all over the bathroom floor making are clothes and used all towels just for the floor. There was a throw up stain on rug. Bedding not stocked properly

At checkin they swiped cc for full room night rate for incidentals instead of the actual incidental charge of $50. They did not say we’re charging more than $50 incidental fee.they did reverse the charges within 36 hrs tho.

I like the helpful staff.

I had to go into two different rooms. The first room looked clean but once you got into it I noticed that there was a dirty towel, dirty tissue, and half made bed.

Location and pricing

The staff refused to give us the room we had booked (with a kitchen, with email confirmation from themselves) so much so that they started yelling at us and the cops got involved. Even the other guests were surprised at the staff's behavior.

Location was quiet and breakfast was ok. Room was bigger than I expected.

Badly patched drywall in room and water stained ceiling, and other wall stains and badly dented fridge. Bed was firm and cheap feeling, not a Wyndham bed. Old cheap CRT TVs. My floor is full of screaming children, even after 10PM. No water pressure.

Great Location.

They advertise to have free breakfast every morning, but they didn't. the dining room and kitchen was closed. They only had a Vending Machine with soda, juice, chips, and candy. The machine was on the main floor. Dish washer in the room was not working.

Breakfast is good and kitchen staff is friendly.
