- It was very convenient to New Seabury where we were attending a wedding event
- Friendly staff, nice outdoor pool with plenty of chairs. Rooms were large.

- No tv in a bedroomThe tv in main area terrible picture most channels seems like it’s not set up right
- Location was good, right next to Mashpee Commons, and right down the street from New Seberry. The staff was very accommodating and efficient at check in and check out.
- Mattress in the pullout sofa is old, not comfortable for week long sleep.

Location was good, right next to Mashpee Commons, and right down the street from New Seberry. The staff was very accommodating and efficient at check in and check out.

Friendly staff, nice outdoor pool with plenty of chairs. Rooms were large.
Property is old and tired and is in need of a refresh. Our room had spiders and even though they sent someone to take care of them and spray they didn’t get them all. And there were more the next day. The walls were thin and we could hear people walking and doing other stuff upstairs. While the pool was nice the other amenities could have been better maintained. The location is far from most of the tourist spots in the cape.
