Hampton Inn Boston/Marlborough

Staff was very professional and courteous.

The room was not clean. There were little bits of paper on the floor and the bathtub had pink mildew in the corners of the tub. The breakfast was subpar. They offered gluten free bread but it was mixed in with the regular bread!

The staff were very friendly and the morning breakfast is well done other than very bad coffee brand.

Our shower didnt drain, the toilet continued to clog and the main light in the bathroom was burned out. I've been staying in this hotel every year for 20 years and this is the first year that I saw it as run down rather than elegant.

One of the two elevators was broken for all six nights we stayed.

this is a much older Hampton Inn. Although clean the room and bathroom were much smaller than what we are accustomed to at other Hampton Inns and there definitely are some improvements needed. The location was good and easily accessible.

Dirty and dated. Flimsy uncomfortable bed. Hair on shower wall and tub.

Bed mattress spring was worn out. Very uncomfortable as center of bed was dipping very low

Due to a hockey event the hotel was full of young kids. The parents were letting the kids run around the entire hotel playing.

Clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast,.

Morning breakfast was included which was nice.

On the second night the area lost power which included the hotel. So for 3-4 hours there was no power, or ac. It got a little stuffy.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast!

If the AC isn't running, you can hear a lot of hallway noise.

The man who was at the Front desk when we went right around 6am. He was awesome

We absolutely HATED that we go into a handicapped accessible room and to get a person in the wheelchair out of the bed is a task in itself! The bed is so uncomfortable, you just fall into the middle and then it sags!!! The kids knocking on door all night

Very clean room and lobby. Pool was open.

Hit breakfast was nice but needed better scrambled eggs and bacon. The eggs and meat was not good.

Hotel was in a great location. Not to far from the coast and plenty of great shops close by.

You could hear conversations that were taking place in the hall when the doors were closed.

Parking was free. Free Continental breakfast was nice.

Only one elevator was working, so that was a little inconvenient. The main areas need to be cleaner, aka elevator, halls, entrance. The carpet in the room needs to be deep cleaned or replaced.

hotel employee was great at check in time. He was very personal and kind. We will definitely come back to this hotel because of hotel employee. Great personality.
