Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center

With trees blocking the sign of Boston Post Road it was a triffle bit difficulat to locate. I did report to the desk that the smoke alarm light was blinking red. That need to be checked, if not done already. Control for shower confusing.

The food was devent

the manager, is rude, disrespectful, and went against everything we were told could happen during my WEDDING weekend. Her attitude and lack of professionalism (cursing for no reason) l- ruined the whole mood of my experience. Will never recommend.

Yes I got 6 rooms. I didn't get one double bed. All king single bed rooms when I went to check in. I also went at 5pm and did bot get checked in until past 7pm. I was asked to come back in two hours.

The bed was nice

The staff was cagey about the pool, they told us there wasn't a pool and another staff told us the pool would be open when they said it was. They also advertised internet but it was unuseable. I had to shorten my stay.

Plenty of parking, access from the highway and a ton of options locally for food and entertainment.

It wasn?t far from where I thought I was staying.

Breakfast staff wonderful, front desk staff couldn?t careless about anyone.

We had a convention and they were incredibly accommodating! The room was spacious and location was perfect for our needs.

The staff was excellent the room was clean and the area peaceful overall great service and experience

The pools was had a film across the top of the water. Didn?t seem clean so we didn?t use it.

Big room

The bed had a big dip on my side and I couldn?t sleep!! The bathroom was not clean. The last person that stayed in that room had left their shampoo bottle in the bathtub, and it was still there. There were also drops of pee all around the toilet.

Great breakfast and the hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable and main bedroom area looked good.

The pool was disgusting. The pool water was green colored and the pool Area didnt have any chlorine smell. The bathrooms in the room were extremely out of date. Hallway carpeting was bunching up due to aging and the elevators seemed rickety.

Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great.

Wish you could turn the heater fan speed down lower. A little noisy. Didn¿t like having to put down a $100 deposit because we didn¿t book directly through the hotel. Supposed to get it returned.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to where we needed to go.

The toilet in the room ran all night long. We stayed there on the holiday weekend. When it was time for breakfast there was limited food. No bananas, no muffins. Had to wait for the staff to fill the trays with food.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, nice facilities, it could use a bit facelift to compete with newer buildings.

Earlier check-in and best check-in staff. The check-in process was very slow.

Location was quiet and away from the road. No concern about safety or area.

Not well cleaned, dated/worn carpet and generally feeling a bit run down.

All of the employees were amazing at their job. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was eager to please.

The pool was not my favorite part but my children loved it.
