Aloft Lexington

We really liked this hotel.The layout of the rooms is very nice.Having the bar and the games is also nice .

There are only two small things I would change about this Hotel. The rooms are a little bit dark. We often have to work on our vacations and there should be a desk light in the room. Also, the toilet in the shower are very close to each other so it would be nice if the glass was frosted on the shower .

Convenient location for work. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff.

I wish there was a microwave in the room. Gym is too small. Pool is also very small. I don’t like that I have to calll the day before to have the room cleaned.

A bit isolated. Definitely need a car.

For my trip, the location was perfect. They had umbrellas for guests to use which came in handy. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance.

The only thing that could've been better is to have breakfast be offered a half hour earlier, I had to grab a bagel and leave in the morning.

Fire lane was not appropriately marked as in "Do not enter". Many drivers took this fire lane in error, including myself.Please alert management! Not smart!

Breakfast was not included. For the rate charged it should have been included. The location was good for our destination.

The evening staff when we checked in wasn't very helpful. The heater in the room was blowing cold air from one side and warm air from the other side. The room configuration was strange.

The location was great.

When you enter the front entrance the lobby was a big party area my sister and I could barely get through the crops to the registration desk. The music and people were so loud neither the desk attendant nor us could hear what the other was saying. My bed had NOT been changed from whoever was there before, the TV did not work. Took 5 calls to the front desk to get an answer ( probably he couldn’t hear it!!). He said he would send someone up to fix tv and the sheets issue. Nobody came. Had to get air in the night. Went to come back in and my keycard would not work. I was pretty ticked.

Clean room, comfortable bed

There were 3 people staying in the room and there were only 2 caf coffees and only one cream. The front desk person checked us in appropriately but he was unfriendly and lacked warmth—eg did not great us with a smile or even a “How are you?”

great location; good amenities; very welcoming and helpful staff; good shower; free parking

AC system was acting strange - it was always too cold or too stiff in a room; also AC is located poorly so the cold air is directed to one bed and it's really discomforting; no benefits for Gold status;
