Lack of amenities. No free breakfast. No pool.

location. Fitness room/pool. pool table. clean.

It was easy to get to and close to the locations that we were interested in visiting.

We checked in on Friday and checked our on Sunday, no one came to clean our room, make the beds, empty the trash or even refill our coffee/tea. No exchange of clean towels either. That was disappointing.

I was quiet.

They wanted to charge me $2 for an over-ripe banana. $---. for a night with Styrofoam cups in the room.

Front desk staff. Not helpful at all. Except for to continue the destruction was sitting on the sofa on his phone when we came in didn't get up for several minutes.

Nice place. Everything looks brand new, and the setup is quite homey.

The low flow shower was pretty lame. How are you supposed to rinse the soap from your nether regions. Also there was no soap dish or even a shelf to put anything on in the shower. Had to go on the floor. Not great.

Loved that set up of the room- the bed faced the windows, good workspace, nice design. We got to play a couple of games of pool in the lobby. Fitness center had what we needed to get a little workout in. Staff was pleasant & helpful.

The peace and quiet.

The room had cobwebs and the closure was in need of repair.

Proximity to function

Hallway AND room smelled like dope and on crutches and were put in one of the last rooms, from the elevator, down an extremely long corridor.

no microwave in the room or ice machines on the floors - ice had to be requested from the front desk.

First and foremost the hotel reps are super professional, respectful and welcoming.

The mattress kept sliding off of the base which was kind of annoying during the night as we had to keep pushing the mattress back towards the head of the bed. 2nd: I traveled with a child if I knew breakfast wasn¿t included I wouldn¿t have booked not e

The proximity to Lexington Center

No running water. Stains on the mattress and floor. Broken lamp. Peeling wallpaper. Garbage in hallway left all afternoon into next morning. The room was completely filthy and disgusting. Was offered a room across the street to shower in. Never again.

The bartender George was great great parking and good location. Very clean place.

The location is great and is close to Lexington and Concord and all the historical sites.

My only complaint was the water was not very hot when taking a shower.

The shampoo and conditioner

The fact that the hotel double charged me for the room and another $80 charge hours after I checked out and claimed it was a "glitch in their system". Robbery. I am very unhappy with this hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel.

The hotel tied up over $300 of my money. $50 for incidentals, $129.35 which has now been refunded, and $125 that still has not been refunded. I have to deal directly with the hotel to get the rest of the money refunded which is a real pain.

Good location, quiet, free wifi in the room, free parking, friendly front desk staff.

Refrigerator in the room was broken, shower door was broken, first room I was put in had an adjoining door and I could hear every sound from the neighbors, no free breakfast (breakfast was too expensive!!) Also, room had a strangr layout and was very tiny

It'd be great to have a soap dish, a few hooks for towels, and I didn't love that the shower was a fixed head (I got my hair all wet, after getting it done at the salon).
