Pros +

the proprietor, was awesome. A real lady and an engaging conversationalist. She also made us wonderful breakfasts and was a fountain of local information.
Peaceful location a convenient 5 minute walk to the waterfront.

Cons -

I would have liked a slightly larger room but as my wife and I spend very little time in our room when on vacation, this really was not an issue for us.
