- Staff was super nice and the lobby/breakfast were neat and tidy. Great selection of food for everyone.
- Clean and all in order. Great channel options on TV. Microwave to reheat food. Coffee/tea.

- So the rooms weren't the cleanest. The desk/table under the tv had some residue on it along with the nightstand. Rooms were dated and smelled like stale smoke that was baked into the walls. I called the front desk to see if years ago, it was a smoking room. Smoke smell was horrible. (front desk did offer to switch rooms in which I declined since my kids already sat on the beds and disheveled them.)
- No sink in bathroom. Sink and body lotion were located in the room but not in the bathroom. Pro: one person can use sink to wash up if someone is in bathroom; con: weird to not have sink or lotion in bathroom.

Convince to UMass, many breakfast choices, comfortable beds and clean appearance throughout the hotel.
