- Staff at the check in desk was amazing
- Close to events, friendly staff

Cons -
- No room service
- Came back to room at between 10-10:30pm door key inoperable, notified front desk, was told I was stressing her out. Waited over two hours to get into my room, not a big deal for me but with children and 12:30pm yeah, it's a big d customer service
- Thermostat was installed next to window and delivery vent, as a result, the room temperatures varied widely and the room would become uncomfortably warm before the a/c would come on but only to shut off just as the bed area of the room began to cool.
