Building was a greaqt idea, room and bed were great, loved the bathroom

Staff, seemed like i was bothering them when I could find them, missed a room cleaning, another was super late (5pmish)

The staff were helpful and friendly.

One of my party found a dead bed bug in his room, and the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night for no reason which was incredibly disruptive.

There was an issue with the fire alarms and it was at 3:00am and they wen out twice prompting everyone to evacuate the building at that hour of the night. Could not sleep properly and had to drive back to NY that day. It made it a terrible experience.

The room and location, didn¿t care to much for the $20 fee for parking. I was only there for a few hours. But other than that everything was fine. Thank you

Proximity to train, pretty clean

Windows were very thin, so noise from the street was very loud in the room. Front desk staff wasn¿t super professional. Front desk person was asleep when we arrived. The photos online made the hotel look nicer than it was.

Cleanliness

Not a lot of restaurants or stores around . The hotel doesn¿t have their phone updated on google and on their website. The one they have up is from a location that is closed, so this created some confusion

History of the building is everywhere which is done with great taste. Loved how it was decorated. The gym area was over and above other places I have stayed. Associates were very accommodating. Beds were very comfortable.

Not the hotel's fault but traffic outside our 3rd story window would have us awake almost every morning by 4-5 AM. Everyone in Mass seems to like to blow their horns at any hour of the day!

There was not 1 thing available that the website said was there. No coffee, breakfast or timely shuttle buses to the casino. The hotel is deteriorating. The staff seemed lazy and were not always at the desk. We waited 30 minutes for the shuttle bus and it

The hotel was nice and clean. I was able to sleep and did not hear any other guest. Also, parking was free.

housekeeping didn't come on the first day until late afternoon and we asked them to come. they didn't replenish towels well - each day there were fewer and fewer towels!

Everything was perfect

The front desk was left unattended for 25 minutes when I arrived to check in. After I yelled HELLOOOOO no one came out of hiding. When I called the hotell via phone A female picked up and never told me who she was after I asked for her name. The End!!!!!!

This hotel was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was really comfortable.

The traffic noise here kept me up all night. If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend it.

Even though it was right off a busy street, it was easy to find.

The walls were thin & we had extremely loud neighbors, all the traffic outside of the hotel was heard, all night.

The positive reviews didn't disappoint. All went well and I'd stay there again. The area may look sketchy but it's safe, ample parking, with Dresser drawers/closet! Comfortable bed, shower pressure was great. I'll be back!

VERY comfortable bed, cozy room with updated decor. Staff were professional and friendly. Limited food menu but tasty. LOVED not having to pay for parking. Easy trip to Logan Airport. Lots to do within 3 miles, ocean, casino, restaurants for all budgets.

No it's a great place to sleep and do activities in Boston or at the ocean 15 minutes away the outside doesn't have much to offer
