Sandy Neck Motel

I loved the self check-in and check-out. I didn¿t have any interactions with the staff. Really lovely front garden and cute room decor.

The beds weren¿t as comfortable as they could be, but they were fine. The bathroom was functional but could use a little makeover (ex. rusty looking bathroom accessories). But it was still totally fine.

My first room was dirty with mounds of trash. The second room didn’t have trash, but sheets were stained and milk fur coffee was bad.

No housekeeping but a fee for housekeeping at end of stay???? Doesn’t the price of a motel room include the turnoverBathroom door had a fist sized hole in it ( on the inside) and was only painted on 1 side

Good location for me to explore the Cape. Near the beach. Near Sandwich Boardwalk. Places nearby by car to eat. Cute decor

Shower was small but hot water was great and the rooms are close together so you could have a noisy neighbor

The location is the only good part to this stay.

The amenities at the property are basically non existent. The walls are extremely thin, the lights flicker, the staff is non existent to the extent that the fire alarm started to go off and there was no contact from the property owners even after I tried contacting them. Bugs were a huge issue and the shower barely fit one person.

Massive hole in the bathroom door, one of the beds were about collapse, A/C remote didn't work, like 40 ants for some reason? Just not realistically ideal for the price point, I would suggest you look at a different stay at the moment

The room was very large and very nicely decorated. The fridge was clean. Exterior was very pretty with a couple maintenance issues. I really liked the contactless check in and check out. The maps and brochures in the office is a nice touch.

The main thing was the floor was filthy. You couldn’t tell with the naked eye, but if you took your shoes off and walked, it felt sticky, and your feet ended up filthy. The Keurig was dirty so that did not get used. The lightbulb was out on our exterior door along with a couple other units. The lights flickered in the bathroom and the bathroom drain did not work when you pulled up the plug. You had to hold it up to let the water out. One of the lamp posts as you exit the property is broken off.

It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable lived that there were extra blankets my husband prefers a colder space so i kept plenty warm

That if you wanted housekeeping daily there was an upcharge

Very quiet, large room

The room looked clean at first, but was actually quite dirty, several dead flies laying around and our feet were filthy from walking around. The coffee maker was disgusting.

The grounds were well maintained. The petunias growing through the cracks in the parking lot were hardy.The person on the phone was nice and professional.

We arrived to a room that was not clean It had not been cleaned from the previous people. Trash overflowing, feces on the toilet seat, unmade beds. No staff available to speak with had to make several phone calls to get into another room. The linens were cheap. The shower curtain had mildew on it

Beautiful room with a nice large refrigerator! Liked the keyless access.

Air conditioner worked but barely turned on. There were a lot of flies (fly swatters were provided). No one on site to help when we checked.
