Clean. Well furnished and appointed. Proximity to airport. Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, convenience stores.

Pay to park. Person in room above me stomping around all night.

Distance to preflight parking.

Parking lot size, parking cost, room cost, lack of snacks and drinks, and lack of TV options.

Location close to public transit

Bar was not staffed. Breakfast was pricey

Clean room and building; friendly desk staff; easy walk to at least two top-rated restaurants.

Hotel was great

Location. It said ?airport? location but it was too far away and hotel shuttle services were not offered. I would have selected a different hotel had I known it was not near the airport.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff.

Inappropriately chased by a man from the elevator. Filled ice bucket on the main fl. He was already in the elevator. Claimed he was drunk and his wife would find him soon. When I got off on the 4th fl. he followed, claiming he could be ?good company?.

Nicely decorated. Great location to walk a few short blocks to a pub/restaurant.

Fee charged for breakfast.

Staff were nice. Decor while generic was aiming high.

While the do offer airport shuttle service it is very limited. Book it well ahead.

The staff was on their phones, weren¿t kind or welcoming. Had to pay for parking. Service was poor and food was not good.

Cleanliness, location, coffee station, restaurant/bar. Need better craft beer selection in the bar.

$15/day for parking seemed excessive as was the $16 breakfast buffet which I chose not to have. No airport shuttle. Smoking area directly next to entrance creating smoke smell/fumes which lingered at entrance and in elevators.

Cleanliness. The bartender.. He served our dinner and had light conversation with us. Also obtained for us toilet tissue, coffee and cups for our room.

No active restaurant. Poor location in community.

Breakfast was delicious.

The noise level. Both from trucks passing by and other guests. The elevator was over-burdened as well.

I was extremely tired had been travelling all day just need it a clean plac, good bed, close to the airport this is the best i could get

I used ¿airport shuttle¿ as a search criteria but the hotel did not have a shuttle. Also we caught an early flight and all of the amenities were still closed before we left. Breakfast doesn¿t start until 7. And the pool was closed.

The rooms were nice and the hotel was nice

The location is in a very poor area of town which was not properly represented in the description. Made me feel unsafe to be there overnight with my children.

1) There is no shuttle to the airport even though it was close by. 2) Breakfast should have been included in the rate. 3) check out time at 11AM is too early, should be 1pm. 4) Night staff (Edgar?) could use more/ be more friendly and courteous.

Ice machines are functionally useless, no shuttle to the airport despite being advertised as being very close.

The pool was closed. No air conditioning in elevators and hallways. Charged to park rental car each day. Overpriced breakfast buffet. The refrigerator barely worked in the room. No access to quality drinking water unless you paid for it.
