Clean room

My room was changed from a king bed to 2 queen beds. Even after I called to check in with the hotel.

The room was clean. I was happy to see hot drink being served.

The front desk worker was not friendly. She looked like she just woke up out of bed and her attire was poor,spoke like she did not want to be there. Nothing professional of her and her Demeanor. Also while checking it there a big bag in my way.

This hotel exceeded my expectations considering the price compared to other hotels in the Boston area. The staff was amazing and very helpful!

The only issue we had was some noise due to the hotel being located next door to an industrial business of some kind. I don't think we would have ever noticed if we had a room on the other side of the hall.

Staff was helpful when I arrived and were nice.

Had some issues with getting my credit card to go thru and they told me I didn't have a reservation. After contacting my credit card and calling 3 times they finally found my reservation.

Only had one person working the desk, she was very patient and did well but people had to wait quite awhile to be checked in. Plus there was a separate charge to park your car for the night.

Close to the airport, rooms very clean.

Very clean, modern, and location was perfect for our family trip. The bus into the City is a 5 minute walk away and makes traveling Boston fun and easy without paying a fortune. Breakfast was acceptable, bed was pretty comfy.

There is a truck loading dock next to the hotel which you most likely might hear during the night. It wasn't super loud or constant, but it's there. We'd still stay at this hotel again. Internet is only a trial or free to members

All was well.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Had someone quickly come to our room when the TV wouldn't turn on. He did a reset behind the fridge, while laughing and joking with us. Breakfast was very good, hot, fresh and well stocked. The little precooked omelets were delicious. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The driver was great, a very nice guy.

Unfortunately there was very loud, jarring industrial truck traffic at 4 am, right outside the window to our room. It was hard to sleep through that. Not the hotel's fault obviously. If we stay again I would ask for a room in the rear of the building, away from the road.

Location isn’t the best

Free shuttle from airport. Close to food. Quiet location.

The hotel is clean and close to preflight parking.

Paying $30 for parking.

The rooms are good.

No slippers provided for washroom. And washroom was very cold, no room temperature maintained in the washroom.
