The cab service that picked us up came and picked us back up after our concert

The pool was closed when we went. And our room smelled moldy and the ax wasn¿t working well. I would call front desk and they did not bring the things that I asked.

It was so clean! The bed was super comfortable! All the employees were pleasant, polite and most helpful.It¿s a small hotel so it had a relaxed vibe! Also, a great restaurant, Moonstone is next to the hotel! We plan on returning to this hotel !

The staff is very friendly and helpful

There is little to no water pressure for the shower. The hand shower handle was about to break off the connecting host. I asked to have this repaired, but they didn't get to it while I was there.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and spacious.

Very shaky characters hanging inside the lobby and out in the parking lot, this seems more of a shelter than a hotel, tub was rusty and hallways smell of smoke, did not bother to touch the breakfast

The location was great

it should be mentioned that it doubles as a shelter of some sort. Several people living there. No employees to be found. Had to track down security to find someone to check us in. No one in sight to check out. Not somewhere I would ever stay again.

The breakfast was decent. We liked the extended breakfast hour until 10.30.

Bathroom shower is little dated. Needs to have modern look

I brought a bubble machine toy for my kid, but I realized need a screwdriver for put the batteries in it. I asked to receptionist and she no even try to get one. I know they have a maintenance who can get one but she denied.

The price was reasonable.

I was disappointed that the pool was not open. They said it was because of Covid, but I was still disappointed.

Confused long check in , dingy and run down, noisy, uncomfortable bed. Terrible breakfast

The hotel had some "guests" and the morning counter staff person hanging around the front entrance smoking.

The staff were not honest. We were told they would do something and they failed to follow through. Out of 4 nights stay the room was cleaned once.

Situated close to rte 495. Very clean bath & bedroom. Keurig in bedroom. Comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast room with a wonderful selection of free foods. Free internet. Easy check in and out.

Dining room was stylish, and Breakfast was excellant. The fittness room was helpful. Staff was friendly.

Before booking my room, I called and spoke to hotel employee who was very polite, courteous and professional, he told me both pools were closed and we were welcome to use the Radisson pool. However, the lifeguard told us she was closing the pool at 9pm
