Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Canton

The room was big and spacious, very nicely clean. Loved the amenities, it's really a home away from home.

The bed was not to my liking, the mattress was very uncomfortable and the shower, water pressure was too low.

The staff was great, wonderful breakfast and loved the location.

Breakfast was AMAZING. And the kids really enjoyed the pool. Kitchen in room was well equipped.

The pool towels were greasy and threadbare. I could even see through a few of them. Definitely need new towels for the pool. They were kind of gross.

One of the best Homewood Suites I've stayed. Big clean lobby, easy parking and quick check-in. Rooms were extra clean and everything was it's place. Heat and hot water worked well. Right off I-95 for easy access everywhere.

The bed is very comfortable. I want to say a big Thank you to Staff who works there. Our check in was so smooth. She was very professional.

Pros ? Nice size room with a shower and not a tub/shower combo. Room also appeared to be clean. Having the full kitchen is a huge plus. I like being able to pick my room before check in.

The toilet seat was coming off, shower did not have any water pressure. The conditioner dispenser was broken and the light in the bathroom blew out. There were ants crawling along the counter. The internet was out all day which was a huge inconvenience

Staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were very good.

Hotel Ice maker was down the whole time & ice maker in room did not work. Could not use the pool or hot tub-lifts were not working-non-compliant with ADA & said they "couldn't get the parts". Had been told prior to check-in that they worked.

The room was clean spacious and they had wet wipes next to the phone and remote. Upon checkin I got texts to see how I was doing and they were monitored. I needed something and they brought it right away. Everyone was very friendly.

I think the only things I didn¿t fully enjoy were the hot selections at breakfast and the dishes, cups, and pots in the room - mugs were too small, no wine glasses, and pots were huge for stove top.

The total package. It is the equivalent of a studio apartment, away from home. It is clean and comfortable with kitchen, sofa-living room, super comfy king bed and full bath with large shower, all in one comfy and compact package.

Location , amenities, helpful and professional friendliness of staff--especially the front desk and breakfast staff. Having a studio suite was great. My dog was welcome, and the area is great for walking.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly but not able to resolve my issue. Even the roaches by the pool were friendly and would come by to say hello.

I choose an upgraded room with a Peloton Bike. Upon checkin I was told they haven't had that room type available since the recall. Why offer & charge extra for something they don't have? They said they CANNOT refund me the diff. Total bait and switch.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. Great happy hour on Wednesdays with free drinks and food. Kids loved having the indoor pool to use.

The lady that helped me on arrival was excellent! Very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help answer my questions about the area. All of the staff was wonderful, the cleaning staff included! They do a wonderful job!

The pool situation (which seems to be a trend at a lot of hotels these days) left a lot to be desired. In our weeklong stay, the hot tub never was accessible. Water was cloudy and cold. The whole area seemed a nuisance to them, but was important to us.
