Hilton Garden Inn Boston Canton

It was located in a quiet neighborhood and there was a restaurant and bar

$160 security deposit. I didn’t like it.. to high

I didn’t like the first room I was given.. it was a handicap room and when i asked the lady at the front desk to change.. she pulled an attitude with me.. I’m not handicapped and didn’t reserve a special needs room.… finally I got the room I reserved.….

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet (facing the woods!); also, the front desk staff we encountered were really nice and helpful

It was overbooked, so instead of getting 2 queens for 2 teens and an adult, we got a king and a cot. It made the room feel kind of cramped. Also, as a tea drinker, I was a little miffed that guests were offered free coffee but no tea in the lobby.

Great breakfast buffet and Close to the hwy Pool was open and warm?

i don?t like that housekeeping forgets to leave the towels in the room. and when i checked in the first assigned room had an awful odor of purfume.. but i switched rooms and everything was good..

Clean, quiet and amazing black out curtains comfortable bed. Location is perfect.

Stopper in the tub did not work so could not take a bath. No hot tub.

Only 2 years old. Very fresh and very well-designed. The room design hits it out of the park for the quality level of this hotel category.

The lighting is rather harsh and way too bright in the restaurant/bar area. There are few restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel was very nice. This is my second time at this location and it is always nice. The morning / afternoon Staff were Wonderful!!!!

Every time my husband and I would come in at night that 1 female staff at the desk wearing all black would never greet you. Rude is what I call it, and great customer is key and this is the second time that this has happened. We will choose a new hotel.

Very clean - nice hotel.

When we checked in the trash cans in our room were full and had not been emptied.

The room was clean, bright, and the bed comfortable.

Pillows were horrible. Staff at midnight check in was perfunctory and gave us the key, room, that breakfast was not free, and that¿s it.

The hotel is well designed and looks nice. The bar area is stylish as are the rooms.

The pool was absolutley discusting. As a frequent traveler I have never gone into a pool then had my bathing suit smell so bad that it stunk up the entire hotel room. It was not a chlorine smell is was bacteria. Inexcusable. Staff were all indifferent.

Clean, friendly and new

Very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Location is convenient, but away enough from the big city traffic.

Continental style breakfast was pretty expensive. There was an issue with the pool, so it stayed closed most of our stay, which was a big disappointment for the kids.

The hotel is gorgeous, the building is clean and very pretty, the room is lovely, and spacious.

The staff does not measure up to a Hilton Garden Inn level. They are friendly but not capable of answering questions, or acting in a professional manner, including the manager.
