Paying for the Parking

They allowed for a late check out, which was definitely appreciated since we were there after a surgery.

Breakfast was mediocre at best but nice that it was offered nonetheless.

Hotel employee at breakfast was delightful. Friendly, constantly moving and cleaning and greeting everyone.

I wish the windows were more sound proofed, street noise was loud.

The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

I wish they had non dairy options for breakfast coffee station.

We loved having a kitchen in the room but still being provided with a hot breakfast every day.

For our 1st 3 days the breakfast meat was sausage. There was no variety until day 4 it switched to bacon. Also, the pool could have been cleaner. There is grim visible at the water level on the walls of the pool!

The parking garage - that hill to get in and out with the key card was rough each time. The first time I dropped the key card. Thank goodness my son was there to help me.

The location was great! Also the staff was helpful and nice. There is a lower parking garage at $39 which we thought was a good price, especially since there is such a lack of parking!

The hotel was average not worth the money I paid

I did not know ahead of time that I would be paying $65 to pay for parking for one night stay

very clean and updated, great location, not in a really busy area, would definitely stay again

large well equiped room with kitchen. Accomidating staff. We have stayed here on and off for 5 weeks over the past year as my husband received cancer treatment. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible.

This hotel in UNBELIEVABLY clean! The staff is constantly disinfecting surfaces and mopping. Although they are not automatically cleaning your room every day, they will definitely come if you need something done. Front staff is very helpful!

Pillows were not as comfortable this time as the last time we were there on Oct. 12, 13, 14.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

It would have been helpful if upon registering we were told that the housekeeping wasn't done daily unless requested AND it would have been nice if there was a hotel/area services book in the room.
