Pros +
- The room was clean and the management solved an issue regarding linen/towel change that we paid for but didn't receive. They reimbursed us and gave us the service for free later in the week. Check in was easy.
- All is exelent
Cons -
- The neighborhood has terrible parking rules and the property doesn't provide parking so expect lots of tickets. The hotel should give clarity about terrible Brookline parking. Room was incredibly small compared to pictures. Coffee Keurig didn't work.
