Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree

My son and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Friendly front desk staff. Very clean room.

The floor of the bathtub/shower was very slippery - No anti-slip strips as best as I could determine as I lost my footing and went crashing over the edge of the tub and onto the floor of the bathroom. Barked knuckles, many bruised areas. Not good.

Rugs voodoo glad you are remodeling finally. Your people deserve it big time. Parking charge not. Your $20 higher than Braintree. Not nice.

Continental breakfast. House cleaning staff cleaned and replenished daily.

Dated and smelled of stale smoke. Felt a bit dirty. Expensive for what it was.

I liked the functionality of the keys. The gentleman at the front desk with the dreads was very helpful.

Cleaning services, did not receive new towels or changed trash can any of the days there. Had to request and go to front desk for towels and wash cloths.

The hot tub is broken which was my whole reason for choosing this hotel. Extremely disappointed in the building structure upkeep very ugly

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, nice and very accommodating with any of my requests/needs/ issues. Very pleasant experience with front desk people.

The hotel advertises ¿ airport shuttle ¿ under amenities and it is not correct. They have a complimentary shuttle that takes you around 4 mile radius. Uber/Taxis to the airport or major points in Boston is about $50 one way, plus airport parking

The quietness and friendly staff

The pool was closed. It was part of the reason why I booked at that hotel. Other than that it was excellent.

The room was clean and up to date. Breakfast was decent.

The room appeared clean and organized.

The room temperature was set at 65 degrees on A/C in the winter. The toilet was imtermittently running throughout the night and the refridgerator was noisy. The temperature in the hotel was very cold. The breakfast hot food was disgusting.

The bathroom was not clean, there was bugs coming out of the light fixture and the tub did not drain while we were taking a shower...

Room was nicely sized. Good water pressure. Decent insulation between rooms. Quiet area.

Dated decor. No ventilation in elevator or hallways. Wash sink is a slow drain. Room needs to be updated. Doors close too loud.

the toilet inside the room was making noise all night long and woke us up. We couldn't bear it, finally we fix the toilet, then we went back to sleep. Horrible experience.

Needed an ADA room and wheel chair at check in. Staff was very accommodating. Thank you.

ADA toilet was a bit too low. Slightly difficult for someone who has trouble standing. The roll in shower was great but the water would travel to the ceramic floors making it very slippery.
