Location! Sorting out our luggage up to the room, drop off on a very busy street and finding parking was all a bit of work but the location made it all worth it. Beds were very comfortable.

The TV reception and operation were terrible. The air conditioner could not cool the room to my preference. I wish there had been towel rods in the bathroom for hanging wet towels up.
Only ac in bedroom. Rest of apartment scorching hot. Uncomfortable bed. Confusing entry system Poor communication from landlord
No elevator to 6th floor. Wifi didn't work
