Copley Square Hotel, a FOUND Hotel

Check-in and check-out very smooth. Front desk staff very accommodating, amenities and polite staff on the floor’s. Copley Square is a fantastic location - walking distance to restaurants, coffeehouses, museums and stores… .

The A/C was on 05/16/24 could not turn it off and took sick. Maintenance shut it down the next day.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It's literarily in the heart of downtown Boston. Walking distance to all major landmarks, shopping, restaurants, etc.

They really need to work on updating the rooms. A sitting area in the lobby was missing which for me is a big deal.

Excellent location and very easy to get to and from airport on the Logan Express. Staff were really helpful and always on hand when needed - notably fantastic customer service compared to other places. Rooms super clean.

There is free coffee available on the ground floor but would have liked this to be available in the room. Gym is also available but is really small and not much in it. Had to ask for shower gel to be replenished. Issue with air-conditioning in room which was resolved by a fan being brought into the room.

Close to Back Bay station. Lots of the city sites within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and wanting to sort out things that did nit go so well.

Hotel need to make sure all facilities in the blurb are available.

Excellent location. Very close to bus stops and train lines, as well as things to do around the city. The room, eventhough small, was perfectly enough to be confortable.

Exceptional location for the marathon. Spacious king room, comfortable bed. Competent friendly staff.. Have a fridge in room

Expensive, like everything Marathon weekend (3-4 x normal rates). Tiny bathroom and poor closet/clothes storage. Slow elevator. No in room coffee

Limited facilities

Beds extremely comfortable. Location is perfect to Back Bay and surrounding area, lots of restaurants nearby, especially the one accessible to the hotel which is separate I believe. Staff were welcoming and very pleasant. Bonus having hot coffee and tea available 24 hours. Will be back!

In need of some updates in areas, our bathroom was very tight so could not fit 2 of us at once, but our sons room - bathroom was quite large so configuration, would expect is different in many of the rooms, - but not a deal breaker for us.

Location; very clean and quiet

The room was pitifully tiny. No chair, only one teensy bedside table, no microwave or coffee machine.

Rebranded as "FOUND" Copley Square Hotel, the two double bed room that I stayed was spacious, clean and quiet. The Interior was simple, modern and comfortable. Staffs very helpful and welcoming. Originally requested for a room at a higher floor, but they were occupied, showed me the computer screen to prove that he/she was not lying.

Improvements are needed in: 1) stronger flow of shower - I can tell that the hotel has restricted the water flow from the shower head 'cause when water flows out of the below faucet, the pressure is much higher and stronger, 2) room service - I arrived at the hotel late, so preferred to order a room service, but the service was not available. The hotel must establish a network with outside restaurants, so the front desk can confidently inform the guests where to get a meal 24/7 (breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night snack, etc.), 3) quietness - each room needs a more heavier sealed door so sound from the hallway can be shunned. In general, the hotel is very quiet, but when other guests come in and out of their room, the door sound can be annoying. The noise woke me up couple of times during my stay.
