Decent breakfast.

Overflowing trash cans outside hotel entrances, dismal pool, no coffee at breakfast (never refilled checked multiple times over multiple hours).

The rug has a burn. The stairwell was sticky with pop. Big beer drinking party at the back door

Very clean and quite.

The AC was a bit loud.

Had a great room for reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall very nice experience.

Terrible options for breakfast. Theres a water dispenser, jug for milk and jug for mystery juice (not at all labeled) Everything was just carbs and no fruit of any kind. building materials laid out in a hallway. nothing touched during the whole stay.

Breakfast had a nice variety! The later check out time was greatly appreciated! The room was a perfect fit for our family.

Everything as explained to your customer service rep over the phone. Staff were very indifferent and unhelpful. No food available gor breakfast. No toilet paper .? had to buy my own at 10p. No towels available on Friday and Monday. No management around.

The suites were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff friendly.

Compromised quality: 1) Inferior paper products (tissues, toilet paper). I had to buy my own. (2) Serious shortcomings at the breakfast service! During my 2 weeks, they ran out of plates, bowls, food. Oatmeal cooked only once a week--turned into glop.

Good location, free parking, great breakfast, large rooms.

The carpets in the room were old, very worn, not the cleanest. The bed was very hard. TVs were old, lagged terribly, couldn't hardly change the channel.

Location was perfect. Having a full kitchen (minus an oven) was great. Also, the indoor pool was nice.

Our room (106) smelled strongly of cat pee, dishwasher did not work, kitchen counter was sticky. This room needs a deep cleaning. Breakfast was mediocre at best & I am not picky. Breakfast staff lady was rude & was visually bothered by the crowd.

Cleanliness

Breakfasts had too many carbs not enough protein. Sunday there was no meat all carbs. Bed was hard.

Clean, bright, spacious. Great breakfast options.

Quiet area.

The cleanliness of the vents and carpeting in the elevator, hallways, and room looked dirty. The vents had caked on dust and the room had a musty smell to it. We turned off the a/c unit and opened the window because the air had such a funk.

The room was really big, a seperate sitting/tv area with a kitchen. Breakfast was included and free parking was a plus.

The carpet and sitting room furniture were a little worn. It would be better with an all tile floor that would feel cleaner and the couch could use replacing.

Our room was on the second floor above the main entrance and we could smell marijuana from people smoking outside the entrance. The white bed sheet was not clean or changed as I could wipe black particles off it. We didn?t feel safe here.

Nothing. It was dirty and horrible

Dirty. Poor customer Service. Unsafe. Smelled.

The bathroom wall needs attention the sheetrock paint is peeling and the kitchen wall needs cleaning room 218.

The location.

The hotel staff were horrible and rude. When checking in the staff were having side conversations with each other. When we went down to get more bath towels the staff were very rude and didn't want to offer us what we needed.
