Hampton Inn Boston Bedford Burlington

Spacious room. Although close to the highway, the room was quiet. I definitely recommend getting a room with the Mountain View.

Super friendly staff; very clean facility and outdoor pool area; comfortable beds.

Clean, very friendly front desk staff! Fresh Breakfast!

Kept having to change rooms

The room was clean and comfortable; front desk staff was helpful, breakfast was good.

Very clean hotel. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Nothing. Everything was great

The hotel was clean and updated. Front Desk employees were very helpful. Hotel employee went above and beyond. Breakfast had a good variety of items. Overall was a good experience.

cleanliness and attention to detail - personalization by having the welcome notice on TV with my name on it. And the all-day refreshment bar with coffee and hot chocolate.

the elevator was slow and one was broken

The pool, breakfast, room, grounds were all wonderful and clean.

Comfy, reasonably priced, & staff was friendly

Elevator was broken but that?s no one?s fault & doesn?t change my overall opinion on the hotel

cleanness, nice staffs, and good quality breakfast

smells some strong chemicals in the room

Location, free breakfast and the extra living space in the room.

The $4 bottle of water. That is too expensive for the water.

I loved that it looked exactly like the pictures, it looked almost brand new. It was located in a very quiet area, and though it was near a main road, it wasn?t a busy road at all. The space in the room was perfect for a couple & the bed was super comfy!

Some of the drawers on the dresser were not functional, had to alert front desk

We found bedbugs in the materas, we had several bites on our body. Once arrived home, we found other bedbugs in our personal belongings. It spoied our hole journey.

Breakfast is great, changing every day.

Front desk 2 man are worse

Location, price and brand.

Nothing much.

Breakfast

The Costco got ripped off was suppose to pay one price then price changed it to $15 more

Clean, good fitness center for star level

Total lack of noise cancellation/soundproofing. Very odd. Will not stay here again

Pleasantly surprised by the updated room, it's size and cleanliness.

The location so was not far to travel to places we wanted to go and things we wanted to see. The breakfast was amazing as well.

The floor creeked above us so we knew when people in room above us were walking around and would be a bit of noise.

It look practically new and the staff was very helpful.

A dog was barking on Sat nite for about 2-3 hrs.,I went to the front desk, that didn't help, then I knocked on the door but no one answered.
