- The room had a smell and after a bit it appeared to be the carpet. Else, I would have rated cleanliness higher.
- Run-down and sloppy. The bed was not completely covered, the curtains in the hallway were torn. --- $ for this quality an outrage
- Did not provide wash clothes in room. Had to ask for them at front desk each night. Also, no continental breakfast.
