Pros +
- Wonderful hosts, beautiful inn and perfect location!
- Pretty room, friendly inn keepers
- Friendly accommodating hosts. Highly clean! Food delicious. All precautions taken during COVID conditions. Appreciated.
Cons -
- Leaving it.
- Thin walls - could hear people next door some.
- It was a bit chilly in the main rooms and in our bedroom. Would recommend tea and coffee be readily available without having to make contact with the Inn owners. Need in-room TVs. Otherwise, this is a highly recommended place to stay.

The wonderful decor and furnishings, complete Victorian interior! Also liked the peace and quiet of the location, the amenities nearby and the hosts are so helpful and kind!
It was a beautiful, memorable place to stay, and breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed being able to walk to many different things to do, like the movie theater, museums, and cafes.
The room was very pretty and clean.
Hotel employee was bizarre. The room was freezing. The food was only what you get at any hotel (nothing out of the ordinary). It was buffet and lukewarm. The shower barely had hot water.
Incredibly charming, lovely Inn host, perfect location central to downtown Amherst.
Beautiful b&b. Great location. Wonderful owner and staff.
Nothing I disliked.
