The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice.

I don't think it was immediately made clear to me on the website that our bathroom was not in the room.

The breakfasts were excellent. Fresh eggs, homemade bread, lovely baked goods. Also the proprietor was very nice and very helpful.

My room was next to a street that was pretty busy in the evening and early night, in a college town, and it was a little noisy. But things quieted down by midnight each night.

The breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are beautiful.

The breakfast was fantastic! There were different delicious traditional and seasonal choices each day. The owner and staff were welcoming and attentive. The historic property was lovely, well kept and the rooms were homey.

WiFi was fine, but I was better off roaming during peak times.

We were last minute travelers and at first were assigned to do a room switch. Upon arrival, we learned that we were upgraded to just one room that was much bigger. We appreciated the kindness. Also, the breakfast was great and the staff was super kind.

This is a nice, clean, extremely friendly facility. There is wi-fi (free, a good TV with access to cable premiums, and--upon request--ice with classes delivered to your room. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast looked good, but we preferred to sleep late.

Short overnight trip to see colleges, and this was great for the three of us. Easy parking, good food across the street, tasty breakfast, super clean and nicely appointed.

The Inn has a seamless reservation, check in, and breakfast ordering process. I felt extremely at home and loved the cozy and very clean room we had. Best of all, the food at breakfast was fantastic!

Good location in North Amherst. Rooms were comfy, and they provided a very nice breakfast (choice of eggs, pancake, etc. with coffee, tea, juice, pastry, home made bread, etc.)

Parking area was muddy hit it is New England in late February.

Before we even arrived (within minutes of our reservation, the owner called for clarification on an item!!When we arrived everything was read for us with not only instructions for our room, but a list of information about the area.

The suggestion I have is that maybe a Kurig for “after hours” coffee. There were home made pastries, tea & hot chocolate, but no coffee!
