Hotel parking price not included in already expensive cost of things. I would have stayed elsewhere if I knew I'd have to pay $40+ for 12hrs worth of parking.

Open spaces are way to loud. Television did not work and AC/heating were extremely loud

We loved our room and were amazed by the size of the closet. The shop at the front desk was extremely useful, and the staff were always helpful.

The hot tub had an extreme amount of chlorine to where my son had a rash on his arms/legs/face. It also turned my black shorts pink so I had to throw them out.

The restaurant staff were friendly, Jeffrey (manager in training) inquired with the kitchen if they could make my french toast with gf bread and they did! And, it was nice they still serviced me even though I arrived at 9:52a and they close at 10a.

The location, although it was close to the Harvard indoor track where my daughter was running, I preferred it was not at the corner of a very busy street way, and daily parking was $47/daily.

Parking is expensive and not much street parking close.

This hotel has been recommended by Cab Drivers, whom pick up guests at this hotel, and all say they love this hotel. 1. Service, selection of restaurants, and shuttle bus service to Harvard Square, Back Bay, and Aquarium.

It was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are many amenities including restaurant/bar and convenience items as well as a shuttle.

It was noisy, could use sound proofing.

Everything was great from the staff, from check in, to service, the room was clean great and I always love staying here. This is my favorite place to stay ! One of the best hotels in Boston, great for all trips. 10/10

Cleanliness, quiet, and close to the city

As a guest it cost $47 to park the car in the hotel owned parking garage. Had I known this I would have searched for a cheaper hotel.

Hotel employee is so helpful and nice at the front desk, kind, professional, and accommodating. This hotel is quiet, comfortable and extremely easily accessible to the entire city.

The only downside is they charge Hilton honors members $47 to park in their garage and do not offer any self parking. The previous five times we stayed there. They only charged us $26 or so. This was not disclosed until the end of our stay.

The staff was helpful, attentive, and pleasant. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Spacious rooms and delightful breakfast staff. The view from the rooftop bar/restaurant is gorgeous and the food is pretty good.

The front desk staff were slow and the bar/restaurant on the 2nd floor is over priced and terrible.

Location!

Surprised no microwave in room. As well as stingy with coffee, tea and cream.

I reserved a room with a view of the river and was able to watch the crew teams practice. The view was great and the room was spacious with a separate seating area.

They charged $11 for a cup of tea and the same for coffee. Ridiculous price. Pricing on food and drinks overall was a bit much. The text messages about how the satay was going and if I needed anything came after I checked out.

I liked the design of the room and nice view

I did not like as a guest of the hotel having to pay $47 to park overnight. It is the I did not like having to pay for Continental breakfast. Drinks were over priced.

Great staff - very friendly at the front desk and bar.

HVAC system in room 904 very loud and continue to turn off/shut off. This kept me up all night instead of sleeping.

Easy to get you pretty location

Just one thing that caught me the coffee they give you in the room is enough for barely 2 people.. would have preferred a little extra and two little creamer bags is not enough at all so that was annoying
