CONVENIENT LOCATION - EASY TO FIND.
Worst experience ever. There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
The staff was great! From the helpful and friendly people at the front desk to the cleaning lady who had a maintenance man to unclog a drain (less than 5 minutes after we told her of the problem), everyone was cheerful and interested in whatever we needed

COULD NOT GET ON THE INTERNET. THE TV WAS GREAT BUT THE OPERATION WITH THE REMOTE WAS CUMBERSOME AND SLOW - VERY CONFUSING - PROBABLY THE WORST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.
There blood on the toilet seat upon arrival and it took over five hours for them to clean it after reporting to the front desk. Bed had such a bad dip in the middle that my husband and I kept rolling into each other. I will never stay there again.
The location is tricky. I don't know how many times we had to go past the hotel and make that U-turn over our 3-day stay. But that's not something that you can do much about.

Nice location, staff great attitude and helpfulness. Room was very nice.

Smell like urine on floor carpet. Carpet was dirty. Need 2 trash cans near both sinks.

The room was on the 5th floor and was very large. It was great and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
