I would say the location was decent.

The room floor was uneven, the next day after arrival 2 people came to my room when I was trying to sleep wanting to do a safety audit of my room.

Just a bed to lay down because we get what we pay ?.

It was dirty, roach ? was running around when we turned the light on. We went right back to exchange the room. When I told the guy at the front desk about roaches running around, he offered no apologies but a little laugh!!

Clean bed and room. Friendly check in. Great price/ quality ratio!

Too many bugs coming from u for the door everyday and has huge spiders coming from somewhere in the bathroom

I had to move my room because the AC did not work. With no assistance to the second floor.

I loved The location of the hotel, the staff was super friendly and welcoming! I loved that each room had its on kitchenette area as well.

areas of improvements would be is cleaning, Cleaning the inside windows seals, dusting cob webs out of corners. Like a real good deep clean. Mopping of the floors. It smelled very clean but when i looked around there were things that didn¿t up.

Dirty, bugs, cigarettes smoke horrible it got into my cpap machine, we even bought fabreeze and sprayed the curtains and ac filter

There were roaches in my bathroom. Room had not been cleaned, just the sheets changed. They informed me that there would not be linen or cleaning service and that if I warranted additional or clean linen then I needed to bring my dirty linen to the office

Very disappointed

It leak water from the ceiling on all my clothes and my bag I thought I should have been given a free room but apparently the staff didn't think so

I could buy groceries and fix anything I wanted to eat the representative at the desk was very resourceful and very professional very helpful excellent customer service

The nice girl that checked me in was very pleasant ...The room was huge beautiful first class room !!!!!! Definitely the best place you can stay in lake Charles i!!!$$ AAA+

I ask the maid for coffee on my second day and was told she couldnt give out coffee I had to call downstairs...Idk what thats about unless they steal them or something..the room was so nice it didnt matter .Thank you

Just the kitchenette

Too many people smoking weed and smell going into others rooms. People moving furniture, beatings and hollering in rooms next door. No sleep, with all the noise
