The cleanliness and the installation were I didn't hear the cars on the freeway scene it was so close to the freeway

Cons -

We were placed in 3 different rooms, the first two next to barking dogs. I have never seen that many dogs in a hotel.
The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was the worst breakfast I've every had at a Hampton Inn.
Front clerk was to busy texting on phone made people at desk wait

The staff were very good and dealt with the issues we had.
