When we first got to room it smelled VERY MUSTY. We asked for air freshener but was told housekeeping was closed.

Staff were friendly and fast.

The beds are not soft. Woke up with back aches and difficult to sleep all night.

The staff was very polite and engaging! The attention to Covid protocols was good-thank you!

We were assigned a room with an adjoining door to another room and a person in the other room snored really loudly all night. I know because it kept me up. It would be good if the desk clerk asked if we wanted that option. We didn¿t!

I had a reservation and she was expecting me! She had everything ready and check in took two minutes. Well kept facility and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady running breakfast is a gem!

No bacon!

Sufficient breakfast, nice indior pool, jacuzzi, & guest laundry.

Room had a musky smell, guest laundry full of dust with only one washer/dryer. Bathroom door handle loose. Waffle machine not in use.

The hotel staff was amazing. They gave us restaurant recommendations and greeted us each time we went in or out. Would definitely stay here again!

It was in a great location, right off I-10. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I booked a handicap room, which I didn't realize..which was ok. The exception being..the shower leaked water all the way out into the hallway. The shower pan is almost flush with the floor and needs a flexible lip on it so the water doesn't run out. The room smelled a bit musty at first enter, probably because of this.

Sooo clean, and so comfortable. We had the king size bed that was in another room, we paid alil more for it but so worth it. The staff was so nice. I got to know De'Ara .T, Give that women a raise!!. She was at the desk from time we got there , last night ,and first thing this am with a smile on her face. So helpful with my ?"sRooms had alot of lighting and charging ports.Will definitely recommend to others.

That we did not have time to use the amazing indoor pool. It's huge, with handicap equipment, so others can participate .Had outside seating right outside and gym is right there too. We are just passing thru so we did not have much time.

We did not eat breakfast but my children did.

I didn't like the carpet in the room. It has a Mold smell upon entering. It really needs to be taken up. Everything else was Excellent!
