Best Western Plus Executive Hotel & Suites

Right off the interstate. Very clean. Nice people running it.

Location great easy on easy off Like new Great staff

We stayed 3 nights and at no point they clean the room or replace towels. I left an item in the room, I called the same morning of the checkout and the person in reception said the cleaning stuff did not find anything, when it was very easy to find it.

Cleanliness, location and staff

The staff was very nice and very helpful.very clean and comfortable, I would most definitely stay again.

They had a little maintenance taking place at the entrance. Was kinda inconvenience. It was great experience other than that.

The breakfast spread was expansive and impressive.

The whole hotel needs a deep cleaning. Some guest rooms smelled musty.

Location was easy to get to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was hot and very good. Would definitely stay there again.

It was convenient to the casino and the room was clean.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain making it hard to wash hands/brush teeth, etc. Tried signing up for rewards, but they spelled my name and email wrong making it harder to get my info.

Location. Longer breakfast time with consistently adding items as they were running low. I didn¿t eat much but it was good to see other guests be able to enjoy plenty of food.

Sheets felt moist like they weren¿t dry enough.

Location/free laundry/front lobby clean

Old Bed/squeking. Stained/used/ dirty bed cover sheets.Front desk came and change comforter. No housekeeping avail. Top cover white sheets of both beds not washed Cramps on 1 bed. Floor/carpet were not properly vaccuumed.clogged bathtub.

A comfy bed right off the highway, with little road noise was a treat. Friendly staff made it welcoming, as usual at a Best Western. They have a good culture down! Great breakfast!

The room was clean and was nearby 2 breakfast restaurants.

Although the front desk employee was polite, she did not convey friendliness.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I couldn't connect to the free internet.

Easy access from the Interstate.

One of our rooms smelled like they were trying to cover up the fact that it had been smoked in, almost as bad as being in a smoking room.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great, I'm really picky and the fact that it was somewhat new was great! The free breakfast was awesome too! Cant go wrong staying here

No everything was great!

Bugs!! I had roaches, then came home with bug bites all over me. Will never stay here again!!

The staff were kind and thoughtful. And the hotel was tidy and clean.

The decor is dated.

The staff was courteous.

I did not like being placed in smoking room. I have asthma.

Very nice staff and safety protocols for covid. Restaurants I’m walking distance is also a perk!

The hallway was smokey

Very clean and quiet. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it, and the breakfast was really good with a lot of extras provided.

We have nothing negative to say about our experience.
