Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room

Literally a sprinkle of water pressure in the shower

We loved everything! The helpful front desk staff, the check-in process, the clean room, comfortable bed, everything was great!

Bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was very good! Staff was very friendly!

My room phone was not working, but had my cell phone to call front desk.

1. Extremely slow and inefficient check-in process. 2. Music is so loud that it can cause hearing damage. The speaker distortion sounds awful, completely ruins the dining room experience.

Not a thing :) Staff great, food great, and room great!

Restaurant food wasn't very good. Way overpriced. Additionally, the live music "entertainment" was so loud that hearing protection was needed just to safely eat dinner. The traffic noise from the interstate also made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel was very clean. Including the rooms and restroom.

The hotel is ideally located fairly close to the casinos, if that's your purpose for visiting Lake Charles.

This hotel is indicated as a 4-star hotel, however, it is not as luxurious as other hotels of that rating that I have visited, so that was disappointing. At best, it's a 3-star hotel.

The hotel was a excellent place to stay. Very convenient to high way and food restaurants. All the staff was spectacular. I spent the wheel and won a free breakfast it was very good.

The breakfast buffet was not fresh and the hot items were cold. It was definitely not worth the $15 to eat cold food.

Coffee Machine not working, Air Conditioning not working, room not clean, refrigerator in room had previous guests meal and beverages, bottle caps on the floor, bath room dirty.

The hotels around this area, gave you a breakfast, and this hotel doesn¿t-but does have in room coffee machine

They ran out of hot water in the evening, and when we brought it to the staff's attention, we were told it happens regularly and not offered compensation. Paying $15 for a regular hotel buffet breakfast was uncalled for. Should have been free.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. Bed was comfy.

Room was clean, but needed some work in the bathroom.

The gave me someone else room keys and walked in on someone watching TV. Was awkward, really awkward.

I told the receptionist I had a prepaid reservation. She asked me for a credit card, just for incidentals. She charged me for the room again. I was lucky I got an email of the charge to my card or I would have never known about it. Horrible service.

Rooms are big and comfy and very clean.
