- The staff. Everyone was so pleasant, so personable and engaging. Every part of the staff that I observed worked as a team together. To me, the general manager, let her staff as well as herself to be team players.
Cons -
- It was nasty . Smells mildewed hallway . Toilet stopped working. Unsanitary
- Getting in and out on Holiday Blvd. and the frontage road.
- Didn't get the room we booked due to housekeeping staff not showing up for work. Many rooms not available because not being cleaned.
