- Breakfast was fine. Overall the hotel was a decent place to stay as we traveled between the East Coast and Texas.

Cons -
- The carpet was sticky, the microwave was old and didn’t work properly, the paint was peeling over the bathtub, there was mildew in the bathtub, the toilet drained slowly and tended to stop up even with the lightest use, the ice maker on the first floor was broken so we had to go up (in a very slow elevator) to get ice on the second floor. We don’t understand why this hotel is rated so high. It actually was a bit of a dump.

Check-in staff was very welcoming. Room was nice sized. The breakfast was decent. Beds were nice and comfortable.
The elevator was a little slow and jumpy.
