It was available for a very last minute booking.

The location! The road to get to the hotel was a dead-end...gps instructions were not correct. Getting there was really weird. The room was not clean. The bed was not comfortable. There was mold in the bathroom. The coffee was terrible.

The bed was comfy

The shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. Breakfast was very sparse. What they did have was cold. They were out of eggs, sausage, juice, muffins, Danish. The breakfast started 30 minutes before we went down. There were only 2 customers eating.

It is conveniently located close to LA Tech.

The room had a faint smell of smoke even though the property is supposed to be smoke free. The breakfast was very bland, toast, bagels, tater tots, egg patties. The juice was watered down.

A/c was good

Luggage carts are worn-out. HARD to manage.

The toilet rocked when you sat down, but it wasn't leaking and worked just fine.

Friendly staff

Bed was too hard! Mattress were the old mattresses with the springs in them. I could feel the springs no matter how I tried to lay. Didn?t get good sleep before having to drive back home.

People that I asked for help were very nice.

Person came by to clean the room and we told them we would be leaving in 5 minutes. Never came back to clean. No big deal but we did need clean towels.

How close it was to our family

We had roaches snails the sheets were stained the floor wasn¿t swept only had one roll of toilet paper the toilet was making a strange noise the day we checked in I went to front desk and had them come to the room to see and the guy said it was tv

Attitude of front desk staff. Housekeeping had no idea how to clean a room. Room was filthy

The hotel was dirty. The room I stayed in was filthy. I took pictures. I was assured it would be cleaned the next morning when housekeeping arrived. It was not. I was promised the room next door for my daughter and it was open when I checked in.

It was dry when it was raining outside

This is a MOTEL not a Hotel! It was nasty. They refused to clean the room during our stay. One employee tried to help by changing linens but absolutely zero cleaning whatsoever. Had a huge issue when ¿Motel¿ manager took our belongings and began moving

The front desk staff were courteous and the breakfast was well done.

The bathroom had a plunger in a plastic bag next to the toilet. The overhead light in the bathroom would not turn off. The bed had human hair between the sheets and both myself and my daughter have insect bites on our torsos and legs. Disgusting.

Wasn't worth the money. The mattresses were leaning.The flooring was loose and DIRTY.The food in the morning was cold even though it was in a warmer(wasn't even plugged in). The night staff was okay.We were anxious to leave. VERY NOISY. Not restful!

Front Desk Clerks tried to assist me but it was really out of their control. I had to wait until the next day to speak to the manager.

The entire hotel needs an upgrade. Everything is outdated and it felt like a scary movie walking down the halls of the hotel.

Room was dirty, remote was missing, than had to be replaced twice, overall budget experience but NOT budget price

LOCATION

IN REMODELING PHASE AND SHORT-HANDED. CRACKED TOILET LEAKED, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE TO FIX IT. POOL CLOSED. BREAKFAST WAS A TAKE-IT-BACK-TO-YOUR-ROOM DEAL, NO FURNITURE OUT. ONE ROOM HAD A BROKEN LOCK AND THERE WASN'T ANOTHER ROOM AVAILABLE.

The location

The pool was inaccessible. The deadbolt on the room door was broken. The room could be opened from outside WITHOUT using the key card. The desk clerk came to check it using the master key the whole lock spun. Our stay was very unpleasant.

Comfortable bed

Breakfast area had no place to set down! Was being used for a storage area. Waffle maker didn't work and was unplugged.

No face towels in the room No working TV control No batteries for the control
