Sleep Inn & Suites Ruston Near University

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the A/C worked like a dream which was important in 100 degree Louisiana weather.

Terrible water pressure and lights outside room made it impossible to sufficiently darken room for sleep

Had a family reunion at the Lincoln Parish Library Event Center. The hotel was across the street and they were willing to help with any problems that came up.

Taxes.

Great location right off interstate, check-in smooth with wonderful lady(sorry didn't get name) - friendly, warm, enthusiastic and efficient. Room was clean, great bedding, large and comfortable with all the amenities. Good breakfast!

The elevator was not working! And all first floor rooms were taken already. I asked staff to assist me moving my luggage up 2 flights of stairs & they did & someone helped me get luggage back to first floor morning of departure also

It was nice, clean and didn¿t smell like smoke. Convenient to shopping and eating. Staffing was excellent. Courtney was very professional and polite. This hotel is foremost better than some of those named brand hotels with exceptional prices (Marriott).

On Sunday morning, the water in shower was cold but I managed. Overall great hotel

Sink not draining. Taking a shower in calf high water cause the tub wouldn't drain. Maintenance plunging my shower with a toilet plunger that may have recently been used in a toilet and not cleaning it disinfecting the tub afterwards

Staff were superb!

Street directions were confusing & need to be revised! Hotel is easily seen but since the street next to it is one way, the sign on the opposite side directs you to turn one street too soon & if you follow that sign you will end up on I-20 again.

Room what they give us was handicap room which I was not expecting but when I got into the I was so tired I decided to complain about it The other thing it was very noisy I complained for that in the morning at check out time they told me it¿s because

Breakfast is great, rooms & bathrooms are clean, they allow the Gideons to place Bibles in the rooms, fitness center is open

Access to the hotel is weird, but no big deal.

I told the front desk that they should upgrade their plastic cutlery from the unusable bendy stuff to something that costs the hotel ten dollars a month extra but actually let's you eat a waffle. Not a big deal.

The indoor pool was the reason I booked there. It was clean and easy to exercise in. The whirpool was also perfect for my use.

MY ROOM WAS INVESTED WITH SUGAR ANTS. THE FRIDGE WAS BROKEN. THE ROOM WAS NOT VACCUMMED. IT WAS A GOOD THING I AM NOT ALLERGIC TO ANIMALS BECAUSE THERE WAS PET HAIR EVERYWHERE.

Clean, comfy room, nicely located.

Young children running too and from the pool unattended by an adult and creating a wet, hazardous mess in the lobby surrounded the single elevator.

This Hotel was very clean. It was conveniently located just off the road we were traveling on.

Due to Covid19, the breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was ok.
