- Location
- It was clean and convenient to everything. Staff were so nice!
- It was very clean. The workers were efficient and friendly. We were especially impressed with hotel employee. She was very helpful. Every time we asked her about something, she went far and above exceeding our expectations. Also, the manager was amazing!
Cons -
- The heat didn?t work in the room and was informed by staff maintenance had not yet checked all the rooms to make sure they were working properly. It was 40 degrees outside and our room stayed roughly in the 60?s .
- I loved everything about this hotel. We definitely will be returning..
- Constant constructions. The staff were some of the most inhospitable that I have ever experienced. When we requested more towels for our suite, they required us to hand deliver our soiled towels to the front desk. And thats just a stsrt
