The hassle I went through for my Pet.

The shower head. The upgrades they seem to be doing don?t appear to extend to the shower heads. We have stayed here multiple time and the shower heads are old and nasty. This time the water sprayed across itself and out of the shower.

Nothing it was terrible.

Yes, the jacuzzi didnt work, the tv didnt work, and then they tried to charge me for the tub leaking and causing damages and the manager screamed and cursed me out.

The overall stay was wonderful!! The morning breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is centrally located to all amenities and restaurants in the local area. I will definitely stay there for my future trips. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable

There was nothing dissatisfying about the stay at all.

Shower head needs some working on. Water shooting every where. Need to shampoo carpet in the Hallways. Would be nice to have an outside sitting area. Especially during breakfast time.

Everything was clean and the beds were nice.

We had a leaky faucet in the tub, and the pool was not clean enough to use.

Clean - comfortable beds. Hampton Inn always meets excellence wherever they are.

Hotel tv remote didn't work - not a huge deal

Convenient location for us.

This property needs maintenance. The elevator was only working sporadicly. We had to take the stairs a couple of times, and the ice machine wasn’t working on 3. The lobby had a musty smell.

The lobby and hallway carpets were impeccably clean. The sheets and towels were fresh, and the bed passed inspection without any issues.

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of urine. I approached the front desk clerk to confirm if the hotel and room were pet-friendly, and she said they were. I explained the issue with the carpet's odor, but she informed me that no other rooms were available and handed me a bottle of Febreze.Additionally, the shower was not clean. My husband and I had to purchase cleaning supplies to thoroughly clean the room and shower ourselves after a long flight and a three-hour drive, just to make it through the first night.Most of the second day we attended a family member funeral. At night, we returned to find the room had been sprayed, the bed made, and the shower cleaned. However, all the cleaning supplies we purchased are still in the room, likely for the next unfortunate guests to use.Rooms designated as pet-friendly should not be assigned to guests who are not traveling with pets. It is crucial to clean the carpets promptly to ensure a fresh and hygienic environment, especially if these rooms can be assigned to any guest.

Don’t go there.

When walking into the building there was a strong odor that was overpowering the building. We were on the fourth floor so we chose to use the elevator. When in the elevator it kept stalling and honestly acted like it was going to break or kill us. The hallway to the room stunk and had a stronger smell than the entrance as the same for the bedroom. It smelled like chemicals mixed with smoke and/or feces. So we decided to stay at another hotel because we were unable to receive a refund. My friend literally almost threw up and I had a headache when we left.

Mini bar in room was exactly cold. Worked well.

The bed was uncomfortable. Floor in room needed to be shampooed. Had a lot of stains. Front desk clerk during check-in wasn't friendly and very unpersonable. Didn't like coffee maker was in bathroom

We stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room and we had to go get towels for showers every day. Elevator was sketchy and it wasn’t clean

Staff was super helpful and friendly, room was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Overall, very nice, clean hotel with beautiful decor. Very friendly staff and most accommodating.

- Missing and damaged wall decor aesthetically unpleasing in main room: wall with missing wall art/decor, however hardware remained on the wall; existing wall art damaged/torn.- Bathroom: badly peeling wallpaper; shower door would not remain closed during showering, creating excessive puddling on floor. Had to hold door with one hand while showering with the other. After advising staff on day two, appeared that an attempt was made to repair which made it a little better but totally.

The staff were excellent and very courteous. The breakfast was awesome with a great variety. Rooms were cool, quiet, and clean.

There was construction going on based a bad storm with workers just walking the halls. Made an uneasy feel at times.Also there were ants all over ac unit and curtains.

The room was nice and clean.

The king size room was FREEZING cold! I tried to contact the front desk and no one answered. it was so late when we checked in, we dealt with it throughout the night. it was Miserable!No one told us about breakfast time at check in. so when I called to ask the next morning, it was over.
