Residence Inn by Marriott New Orleans Elmwood

Great accommodations, clean, and very comfortable, plus near restaurants and shopping. It included breakfast too, but we missed it due to an early flight. It was a quick drive to the airport. I recommend this property!

I loved the location, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly

My only issue was the air conditioner had a loud rattling sound in the living room area. We had a suite. It felt good in the living room area but was warmer in the bedroom. It wasn't hot and would probably be comfortable to anyone who keeps their air around 73 . I just like it cold when I sleep. Even Turing the air to the lowest setting, it was still warmer in the bedroom. Other than that it was amazing

The property was great for location and safety

Our toilet was not operating correctly with 4 ladies to a suite it was a lil frustrating however the GM did offer a refunded rate for the inconvenience

This hotel is top-notch. The location is excellent and convenient. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. The hotel manager, John, was the best ?? ? we will stay there again next year!!

The only tiny thing was the pillows were to lumpy. I had to ask for a pillowcase to put over one of the small couch pillows. Doing that made a huge difference.

Location was perfect. So many restaurants in the area to choose from. (Fast food to sit down)The staff at front desk were so friendly and helpful.

Facility was comfortable, clean, well-maintained. Lots of staff around and all were super friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the area; well-lit parking lot. Fitness room and free washer/dryer facilities were great. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. It is close enough to enjoy all the activities in New Orleans but far away enough from the quarter to be super safe.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The amenities of the room were amazing and included much more than I thought they would. I especially appreciated all of the added kitchen plates, cups and silverware. I was also amazed and extremely pleased with the quality of hygiene products available in the room. I am used to getting less than ideal products, so was pleasantly surprised. I am also very pleased with the size and layout of the room, definitely was represented well in the pictures made available to me before booking. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again for future trips.

The staff was very nice and friendly but I could see spots of the room like the restroom and the kitchen sink weren't clean. It wasn't disgusting but I could see remnants of food on the sink and the tub floor and glass were a bit dingy. There was also a hint of someone smoking in the room penetrating the bed. Still had a much better experience than at other hotels.
