The tall guy with glasses at the front desk.
The history of building and lobby area is nice.
Great old building with character.

Cons -

The room is not 5 star quality. No roof top bar access, no pool access and no gym. Why is a resort fee of $35 applied?
The food in the hotel was awful as well as the customer service. The things that were on the menu were not what we were served. When we inquired about it, we were told by a waitress, "They just put anything on the menu.
Resort fee that gets you some bottled water and a glass of wine.
