Pros +
- great location downtown just a short walk over to Bourbon St and the French Quarter. A charming place in the spirit of a Parisian "pension".
- The staff were all so friendly, the room was adorable, the location was perfect, AC worked well, and I liked that you could connect to your own media services on the TV.
- Excellent location and staff.
Cons -
- It made my vacation into a nightmare
- can't complain about the interior room since we knew that when we booked, but such a room should have a lot more lighting than it did. also (and a common affliction among older properties) insufficient electrical outlets for chargers, phones, etc.
- By the second day of our stay, it was taking about 15-20 mins for the water to heat up. The staff were super responsive and friendly and we understood it was an older hotel. So it wasn't a huge deal but was honestly the only tiny downfall.
