The property is centrally located to major sights and good eating. The river view from both the lobby and our room was spectacular. The Westin Heavenly Bed lives up to its reputation. The staff and service were quite friendly and attentive.
Shame on you, Booking.com, for not revealing hidden extra “Destination fees” per night which Westin tacks on, and not being clear on what “Breakfast included” means. We, with our daughter understood it was breakfast for all three of us, but it was in fact only for two of us. All website and email confirmations say Breakfast Included but make no mention of only 2 persons. The Westin destination fees of $30 per night were supposed to cover the tours, yoga classes and $15 food/bev credit — except on day of departure. So this meant, on a two night stay, we could not utilize any “benefits” on check-in day due to afternoon check-in time. We were forced to pay for 2 full days of “benefits” covered by the destination fees but in actuality only able to utilize 1 day of benefits. Nowhere on the Booking.com website and email confirmation did it ever mention these extra costs of Destination Fees. Just be upfront about it, Booking.com!

Location is great. I had a nice river view from my windows. Breakfast was good but little overpriced in my opinion.
At such class of a hotel you don't expect 8$ for a bottle of water in your room.

The hotel is beautiful. Shopping right downstairs and mall in walking distance. Casino across the street. lots of great food right outside the hotel or dine in the hotel
Room service and food was a little pricey but we chose to walk and try different spots.

The hotel overall was nice. Staff were pleasant, very helpful, and handled any requests promptly. The bed was comfortable, and I was happy with the size of the TV and the overall size and layout of the room.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was an issue. I could tell it hadn't been swept properly and the shower needed some TLC. Overall, it was still decent. I judge the cleanliness of the room by how well the bathroom is cleaned. So, if the bathroom isn't above board, I know the rest of the room probably isn't the cleanest. Also, there were noisy kids running through the hallway at 4 A.M. As a mom I quickly handled it, but I think a quiet hours policy should be enforced.

Beds were very comfortableRoom size was greatLocation great
Parking and staff seemed to have inconsistent responses to questions related to parking. Barcode was not working in the parking area, so staff told us we had to pay more than the hotel valet to park
