Sunrise Inn & Suites New Orleans

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Priced nicely for Mardi Gras time. The rooms seemed very clean.

This place looks like an abandoned motel, but it’s gated, so it least felt somewhat safer inside.

The room was clean and well managed.

No air or rather no heat either. It was colder than a refrigerator in there.

Safe and secure location. Manager was extremely helpful.

Breakfast area could use a few options. Availability of towels.

The location was good. The hot spots were close by, but be prepared to spend on Uber and or Lyft.

The room had a smell and housekeeping did not come by except for the first day and they didn’t come until the last day. I also didnt like the area and security was inadequate.

There Is nothing I liked about this hotel, I can't answer this question because I truthfully can't think of anything good. The only thing I liked was the picture of the Hotel "facade" which had nothingto do with the Location or the rest of the Hotel.

First of all I didn't like the fact that as soon as I arrived at the Hotel there was not lighting inside the reception room, I saw chairs and tables piled up in the front desk area. there was only a young Lady whom seemed very nice, gave me a card with the gate code. As soon as I drove In the buildings where rund down, broken windows, and abandoned vehicles where parked there with broken glasses. I felt very unsafe and very anxious with the whole situation. As soon as I opened the room I was hit with a fowl order, the beds where made with white sheets but had stains, the restroom had used towels. I went to the front desk to complain. She said I was going to receive a full refund, but I'm still waiting.
