- Room had a refrigerator although Marriott's own website states that the rooms at this hotel do not.

Cons -
- Room did not have a microwave. They put a lot of emphasis on the minbar, but don't even have a basic microwave. Room service provided adequate decaf coffee packets, but gave us only one normal coffee packet. The hotel closes its valet service too early.
- Wet tissue placed or thrown/stuck to ceiling and over speaker near ceiling. Ice machines were removed from all floors(stated they were being replaced). Elevators were not working properly. Waited in a line for 30 mins to get to 6th floor.
- The shower wasn?t clean.. Not enough towels available. Telephone didn?t work to contact housekeeper or the front seat so I used a hand towel to dry off with! Also paid for valet and had to walk to the parking garage several times to access my car!
